All domestic orders are shipped First Class through USPS. Once an item is dropped off with USPS, Bobbi Made This is not responsible for any issues. Delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, incorrect address, etc will not be refunded. If there is an issue with tracking please contact USPS first to get more information. 

All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. US orders over $50 ship for free (using first class or ground shipping).
